hand paid to us ,the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and the
bellefits to be derived therefrom,

over, under and across the following described land, lying and being situate in

Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 27 as shown on the plat of
CHELSEA WEST as recorded in Plat Book 99, pages 66 through 69 of the
Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; thence NOooOO'15"E along
the westerly line of said Lot 27 6.00 feet; thence S89059'45"E 113.10
feet; thence NOooOO'15"E 4.00 feet to a point on a non-tangent curve;

This easement being for sidewalk purposes.
The CiTY OF CLEARh'ATER, FLORIDA, shall have the right to enter the
above described premises and inspect the placement and dimensions of said
side\lalks to insure conformance with City specifications and thereafter
maintain same from time to time; and that,
The G8~ERAL PUBLIC snall have full and free use of said sidewalk at any
time and all times for traveling purposes.
