L ; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVEE D I E, E IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE Clnr OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1 1 eotion 33.067 is amended to read: Sec, 33.067. Berne--Areas defined. 1) Slow down--minirnum wake zone, west of Clearwater Pass fid��e. All eaters of Clearwater Pass Channel from shoreline to shoreline, westward of Cleonvater Pass Bridge to a point.approximately yards west of the bridge, which point is marked by ;C leantrvater Pass day beacon no. r 9, are designated as a slow own- minimum um wake zone. (2) Slow down--minimum wake zone, east of Clearwater Pass Bt!Glc e. All graters east of Clearwater Pass Bridge and within the following described area are desiginated a sloe down--minimum wake zone: Begin at the point where the Clef rat r Pass Bridge connects with Sand Key on the south, there to a point 4470 4GQ yarns east' of the center span of the bridge, which point is marked by Clea i ater` ass day beacon No. 16 44,'then t c3 a point approximately 500 yards north of day beacon no. 16 441 marked by Marina Channel light no. 8 6, then dare west to the shoreline of Clearwater Beach Island, tl"en following the shoreline southwesterly and westerly to the bridge, and then south to the point of beginning. (3) Slowdown--minimum crake zone, Clearwater Marina Channel. All waters of the`Clearwater Marina Charnel from a point marked by marina Channel light no. to s point marked by Marina Channel day beacon no. 9 7- are designated as a siow down--minimum vmke zone. (4) Idle speed--no wake zone,e, Clearwater Marina basin.
