CITE'' OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Section 32.321 of the Code of Ordinances is amended to read
Sec. 32.321 Multifamily recycling.
Multifamily recycling will be-offered to r-omplexes s , a within the
city. The program will phased in by the solid waste de,gartment ' . 'The fee
schedule for multifamily recycling will be provided in Appendix A to this Code.
Multifamily recycl nc will be tailored to the needs of each complex and will be integrated
into a full-service solid waste management program.

. Monthly charges for commercial collection represents the target level
of commercial recycling from which the solid waste division will flex up or
down to be competitive with certified recovered materials dealers (private
recycling companies) operating within Clearwater.
a. The target level charge for service with semi-
automated carts shall be charged on the same basis as rates
included in 3,a.
b. The target level charge for service with non-compacted commercial
containers shall be the same as rates included in 3.b above.
