above described premises and inspect the placement and dimensions of said
side\lalks to insure conformance with City specifications and thereafter
maintain same from time to time; and that~'
The GENERAL PUBLIC snaIl have full and free use of said sidewalk at any
time and all times for traveling purposes.

Being a portion of the westerly 4.00 feet of Lots 2 and 3 as shown on
the plat of CHELSEA WEST as recorded in Plat Book 99 on pages 66
through 69 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida and being
more particularly described as follows:
BEGIN at the Northwest corner of aforesaid Lot 3, same also being the
Southwest corner of aforesaid Lot 2; thence northwesterly along the
arc of a curve concave to the Southwest and having a radius of 50.00
feet, a central angle of 04012'26", an arc length of 3.67 feet and a
chord bearing N34045'42"W, for 3.67 feet to the point of reverse
curvature with a curve concave to the Northeast; thence northwesterly
