CORRECTIVE GRANT OF EASEMENTS
Th~s Corrective Grant of Easements dated this 4th day of
December , 1990, by and between ALLAN B. DAVIS, as
Trustee, for himself, his heirs and assigns, ("Grantor"), and the
CITY OF CLEARWATER, a municipal corporation existing under the
laws of the State of Florida, ("Grantee").
WIT N E SSE T H:
1. The Grantor executed and deli vered to Grantee those
certain easement rights contained in the following documents:

2. The Easements were prepared by Thomas A. Bustin, City
Attorney for the City of Clearwater, and Allan B. Davis, Esquire,
and the Easements were filed of record without the City of
Clearwater being identified as the Grantee.
3. Grantee, by and through its appropriate officer, has
executed this document verifying and acknowledging that the
Easements were intended for the use and benefit of Grantee, and
that Grantee has utilized said easement rights from the date of
the Easements to this date for the purposes therein expressed.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this
document the day and year above first written.
