FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) cash in hand
paid to them, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and the benefits
to be derived therefrom,

North 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 of section 32, Township 28 South,
Range 16 East, less the North 33.00 feet and the South 33.00 feet
thereof, being more particularly described as follows:
