See. 40.367, Dimensional and numerical development requirements.
The followirg dimensional and numerical development requirements shall apply to
development within beach commercial district:
(5) OffsLreet parkin :
Bete sales, restaurants, alcoholic beverage sales, commercial
recreatiq,-)n/entertainment and personal service uses may reduce the .otherwise
required number of parking spaces by 50 percent.
