WHEREAS, the estimated revenues to be recely by the City for the fmcal year beginning
October 1, 1995, and ending September 30, 1995, from ad valorem W.es is $20,706,420; and
WHEREAS, bid upon the to able value provided by the Pinellas County Property ,Appraiser,
5.1158 mills are necessary to generate.$20,706,020;nor, therefore,
BE ' ORDAINED BY TPUS CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITE' OF
CLEAR ATE R, FLORIDA:
Sections 1. It is hereby determined that a tax of 5.1158 mills against the non-exempt teat and
personal property wi the City is necessary to raise the sums to be appropriated for operation purposes,including
pensions and debt service maid and drainage capital improvement projects, for the fiscal year beginning October
1, 1995.

Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect October 1, 1995.
