map attached hereto as Exhibit has petitioned the City or ;learwater to
annex the property into the City pursuant to Section 171.044, Florida Statutes,
and the City has complied with all applicable regu i remen is of Florida law in
onnection with this ordinance; now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
C LEARWiATER, FLORIDA.
Secwjo;;_a. The following-described property is hereby annexed into the
City of Clearwater and the boundary lines of the City are redefined accordingly:
The North 175 ft. of the nest 120 ft. of Lot 3, Pinellas
Groves Subdivision in the SW 1/4 of Section 1. Township
29S,, Range 15E, according to the map or plat thereof as
recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 15, of the public records
of Pinellas County. FL, less existing right-of-way.

Section 2. The provisions of this ordinance are found and determined to
be consistelt with the City of Clearwater Comprehensive Plan. The City'
Commission hereby accepts the dedication of all easements, parks, rights-of-gray
and other dedications to the public which have heretofore been made by plat, deed
or user within the annexed property. The City Engineer. the City Clerk and the
Central Permitting Director are directed to include and show the property
described herein upon the official maps and records of the City.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption. �
The City Clerl< shall file certified copies of this ordinance, including the map
attached her°eto, with the Clerk of the Circus Court and with the County
