25 -81, n December 17, 19981, as amended y Ordinance too. 3021-83 adopted on
February 28, 1933. which comprise the Community Redevelopment Plan for Doi ntown
Clearwater, which area is described in Resolution 81-67, adopted by the City
Commission on August 6 1931; and
WHEREAS, the Community Redevelopment Agency has developed a revised
Community Redevelopment Plan; an
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater has reviewed the
revised Community Redevelopment Plan and believes it to be in the best interest of the
City of Clearwater to approve the new, Community Redevelopment Plan;<now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINS-D BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY.. Ol= CLEAR ATEiR, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Ordinance Flo. 2576-81, and Ordinance loo. 3021-33, comprising the
Community Redevelopment Plan for Downtown Clearwater are hereby repealed.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
