WHEREAS, the ow=ner of the real uroperty described herein and depicted on
the map attached hereto as Exhibit A has petitioned the City of Clearwater to
annex the property into the, City pursuant to Section 171.9144, Florida Staiturtes
and the City h ias complied with all applicable requirements of Florida law in
connection with this ordinance; now, therefore,
EE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FILORiDA:
Sectio 1, Tile following described property is hereby annexed into the
City of Clearwater and the boundary lines of the City are redefined accordli ng1
Lot 10, Block C. Meadow Creek as recorded in Plat Book 35, Page 25,
public record's of Pinellas County, Florida. (A95-19)

Section 2?, The provisions of this ordinance are found and determined to
be consistent with the City of Clearwater Comprehensive Plan. The City
Commni:ssion hereby accepts the dedication of all easements, parks, rights-of-way
and other dedications to the pub l i c which have heretofore been made by plat, deed
or user within the annexed property. The City Engineer, the City Cierk and the
Central Permitting Director are directed to include and show the property
described herein upon the official daps and records of the City.
Section, 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption;
The City Clerk {,hall file certified' copies of this ordinance, including the map
attached Hereto, with the Clerk of the Circuit Court and with the 'County
Administrator of Pinellas County, Florida, within 7 days after adoption, and
shall file a certified copy with the Florida Department of State within 210 days
after adoption.,
