TOGETHER WITH THE ABUTTING RIGHT OF 14AY OF OAK1`-1OUNT ROAD LYING BETWEEN LOT 2 AND LOT 9 OF SAID OAKMOUNT SUBDIVISION: PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
