AMENDING G THE ZONING ATLAS OF THE CITY BY ZONING CERTAIN
AREAL PROPERTY LOCATED EAST OF RAYVIEW AVENUE AND 'WEST OF
CMULLEN BOOTH ROAD. CONSISTING OF LOTS I. AND 2,
BLOCK 2.. BAY VIEW CITY SUBDIVISION. WHOSE POST OFFICE
ADDRESS IS 109A AND 109B MEADOW LARK LANE, UPON
ANNEXATION INTO THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, AS SINGLE-FAMILY
R:ESIDENTIA.. 8 (RS-8) TOGETHER WITH THE ABUTTING ALLEY
TO THE SOUTH: PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the assignment of a zoning district classification as set forth
in this ordinance is food to be reasonable. proper and appropriate. and is
consistent with the City's comprehensive plan: now, therefore
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF T1-1E CITY OF
CLEARWATER. FLORIDA:
Section I. The following described property located in Pinellas County,
Florida. is hereby zoned as indicated upon annexation into the City or
Clearwater, and the zoning atlas of the City is amended, as follows
Property Zoning District
Lots I and 2_. Bloch. 2, Bay View RS-8 - Single-Family Residential 8
City Subdivision, according to the
map or peat thereof as recorded in
Plat Book 9, Page 43. of the public
records of Pinellas County. FL, together
with the abutting alley to the south.

Section 2. The Central Permitting Director is directed to revise the
zoning atlas of the City in accordance with the foregoing amendment.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
