TO DESIGNATE THE LAND USE FOR CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED EAST OF BETTY LANE„ CONSISTING OF LOT 5. BLOCK C, PINE RIDGE SUBDIVISION, 'AIIHOSE POST OFFICE ADDRESS IS 1317 WOODBINE STREET. TOGETHER WITH THE ABUTTING RIGHT-OF-WAY OF WOODBINE STREET, AS RESIDENTIAL LOW: PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE:. WHEREAS, the amendment to the future land use plan element of the comprehensive plan of the City as set forth in this ordinance is found to be reasonable. proper and appropriate, and is consistent with the City's comprehensive plan: now, therefore, RE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARDIATER, FLORIDA. Section 1. The future }and use plan element of the comprehensive plan of the City of Clearwater: is amended by designating the land use category for the hereinafter described property as follows: Rropert jLvan€i Use Cateclor_v Lot 5, Block C, Pine Ridge Residential Low Subdivision, according to the map; or plat thereof as recorded in Book 28, page 93, public records of Pinellas County, FL. together with the abutting right-of-way of Woodbine Street (LUP95-I5) Section 2; This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption, contingent upon and subject to the adoption of Ordinance No. 5854-95.
