THE CITY TO INCLUDE SAID ADDITION; PROVIDING AN

MTV WHEREAS, the owner of the real property described herein and depicted on
the map attached hereto as Exhibit A has petitioned the City of Clearwater to
_TAL i; annex the property into the City ;pursuant to Section 171.044, Florida Statutes, ?
and the City has complied with all applicable requirements of Florida 'law in
connection' with this ordinance, now, therefore,
7 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION Or THE CITY OF
-- CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section I. The following-described property is hereby annexed into the
L City of Clearwater and the boundary lines of the City are redefined accordingly:
-�, Lot 20, Block A, Stevenson's Heights, according to the map or prat thereof as recorded in Book. 34, Page 13, of
C� the public records of Pinellas County. Florida. (A95-12)
CO ect.ion 2. The provisions of this ordinance are found and determined to
be cons s�tent with the City of Clearwater Comprehensive Plan. The City
Commission hereby accepts the dedication, of all easements, parks, rights-of-way
and other dedications to the public which have heretofore been made by plat, deed
or user within the annexed property. The Cite Engineer, the City Clerk and the
Central Permitting Director, are directed to 'include and show the property
described herein upon the official maps and records of the City.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
The City Clerk shall file certified copies of this ordinance, including the map
attached hereto, with the Clerk of the Circuit Court and with the Coun v
Administrator of Pinellas County, Florida within 7 days after adoption,, and
shall filer a certified copy with the Florida Department of State within 30 days
after adoption.
