DE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLE RWATER'. FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following described property in Clearwater. Florida, is
hereby rezoned., and the zoning atlas of the City is amended as follows:

To: ('MPC) - Master Planned Development
Section 2. The Central Permitting Director is directed to revilse the
zoning atlas of t1he City in accordance with the foregoing amendment.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect "immediately upon adopkion of
Ordinance No. 58156-95.
