AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER. FLORIDA.
ANNEXING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE
Off' ST. ANTHONY DRIVE. NORTH OF S.R. 590 AND EAST OF U.S.
19, CONSISTING OF LOT 4, BLOCK C, VIRGINIA GROVE 4
TERRACE FIFTH ADDITION, WHOSE POST 'OFFICE ADDRESS IS
1761 ST. ANTHONY DRIVE., INTO THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE
IITY, AND REDEFINING THE BOUNDARY LINES OF THE CITE' TO
INCLUDE. SAID ADDITION: PROVIDING AN EFFEC_TIJE LATE.
WHEREAS, the owner of the real property described herein and depicted on
the map attached hereto as Exhibit A has petitioned the City of Clearwater to
annex the property into the City pursuant to Section 171.044 Florida Statutes, I
and the City has complied with all applicable requirements of Florida lawl in
connection with this ordinance; now, therefore;
665E IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following-described. property is hereby annexed into the
ity of Cl earwat.er and the boundary lines of the City are redefined accordingly:
µ Lot 4; Block C, Virginia Grove Terrace, Fifth Addition, according to the
map or plat as recorded in Book 51, Pages 43 and 44, public records df
Pinellas County, F1o,:id . (A95-11)
<° Section, 2 The provisio is of 'this ordinance are found and determined to
o�sistent with the City of Clearwater Comprehensive Plan. The City
Commission hereby accepts the dedication of all easements, parks, rights-of-Way
and other dedi ca ti ons to the oubl i c which have heretofore been made by plat, dead
or user with o n the annexed property. The City Engineer, the City Clerk sand the
Central Permitting Director are directed to include and show the property
described' herein upon -the official maps and records of the City.
Section 'S This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
The 'City Clerk shall file certified copies of this ordinance, including the map
attached hereto, with the Clerk of the Circuit Court and with the Counity
Administrator of Pinellas County. Florida, within 7 days after adoption, and
shall file a certified copy with the Florida Department of State within 30 dalys
after adoption.
