ANNEXING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED WEST OF BETTY
LANE NORTH OF STEVENSON CREEK, CONSISTING OF LOT 21.
BLOCK A. STEVENSON'S HEIGHTS. WHOSE POST OFFICE ADDRESS
IS 1524 STEVENSON DRIVE, INTO THE CORPCRAJE, LIMITS OF
THE CIT ', AND REDEFINING THE BOUNDNRY LINES OF THE CI-;Y
TO INC`�UDE SAI:u ADDI T ION, PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE,
WHEREAS, the owner of the real property described herein and depicted on
the map attached hereto as Exhibit A has cetitioned the City of Clearwater to
annex the property into the City pursuant to Section 171.044, Florida Statutes.
and the C'?ty has complied with all applicable requirements of Florida law in
connection with this ordinance, now„ therefore.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
r Section 1. The foilowing-described property is hereby annexed into the

Lot 2.1, B;Jck A:, Stevenson's Heights, according to the map or plat thereof

Sectici2. The provisions of this ordinance are found and determined to

or user within the annexed property. The City Engineer, the City Clerk and the
Central Permitting Director are directed to include and show the property
described herein upon the ot, ,cial maps and records of the City.

The City Clerk shall file certified copies of this ordinance, including the map,'
attached hereto, with the Clerk of the Circuit Court and with the County
Administrator of Pinellas County, Florida, within 7 days after adoption, and
shall file a certified copy with the Florida Department of State within 30 ,days'
after adoption.
