AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA. �
AMENDING THE FUTURE LAND USE PLAN ELEMENT OF THE
COMPREHENSIVE PLAN OF THE CITY, TO DESIGNATE THE LAND
USE FOR CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE
OF CAROL'N LANE NEST OF HIGHLAND AVENUE AND SOUTH OF
SUNSh11' POINT ROAD CONSISTING OF LOT 10, TERRA-ALTO
ESTATES, WHOSE POST OFFICE ADDRESS IS 1456 CAROLYN LANE.,
AS RESIDENTIAL LOW': PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the amendment to the future land use plan elefrnent of the

reasonable, proper and appropriate, and is consistent with the CEty's
comprehensive plan: now. therefore;
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEA'RWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The future land use plan element of the comprehensive plan of
the City of Clearwater is amended by designating the lard use category for the
