the reap attached hereto as Exhibit A has petitioned the City of Clearwater to
annex the property into the City pursuant to Section 171.044, Florida Statutes,
and the City has complied with all applicable requirements of Florida law in

F Section- The following-described property is hereby annexed into the
1 - qty of Clearwater and the boundary lines of the City are redefined accordingly:

recorded in Plat Book 45, Page 5, public records of Pinellas County.
Florida. together with the abutting right-of-way of Carolyn Lane. (A95-08)
Section 2. The provisions of this ordinance are found and determined to
-e tre consistent with the City of Clearwater Comprehensive Plan. The City
Goolimiosion hereby accepts the dedication of all easements, parks, rights-of-way

or, user within the annexed proper°ty. The City Engineer, the City Clerk and the
Central Perrrlitting Director are directed to include and show the property
described' herein upon the official maps and records of the City.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
The City Clerk shall file certified copies of this ordinance, including the reap
attached hereto, Faith the Clerk of the Circuit Court and with the CourjtyJ;
Administrator of Pinellas County, Florida, within 7 days after adoption, and
shall file a certified copy with 'the Florida Department of State within 30 days
after adoption,.
