The City Commission 'hereby accepts the dedication of all easements, parks, rights-of-way and ether dedications to tl,e public which have heretofore been made by plat, deed or user within the annexed property. The City'Engineer, the City Clerk and the Central Permitting Director are directed to include and show the properly described herein upon the official reaps and records of the City.
