6334-98 ORDINANCE NO, 6334-98 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEAR°WATER, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE ZONING= ATLAS of THE CITY BY ZONING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED APPROXIMATELY 70'' FEET EAST OF GROVE"DRIVE'AND 80 FEET NORTH OF STATE= ROAD 1590, CONSISTING OF LOT 2, BLOCK 2, VIRGINIA GROVE. TERRACE, WHOSE POST OFFICE ADDRESS IS 1704 EL TRINIDAD DRI'V'E EAST, CLE=.ARWATER, FLORIDA, UPON ANNEXATION INTO THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, AS SINGLE- FAMILY RESIDENTIAL SINGLE- "EIGHT' (RS-8), PROVIDING AN E:FFEd„TIVE DATE. 1r'dt'HEREAS, the assignment of a zoning district classification as slat forth in this ordinance is found to be reasonable, proper and appropriate, and is consistent with the City's comprehensive plan; now, therefore, BE!IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEAIwWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1. The following described properly located in Pinellas County, Florida', is hereby zoned as indicated upon annexation into the City of Clearwater, and the zoning atlas of the City is amended, as follows: Pro e Zoning District Lot 2, Block 2,VIRGINIA GROVE TERRACE, Single-Family Residential "Eight" (RS-8) according to the map thereof recorded in Plat Book 37, Rage 29, public records of Pinellas County, Florida (A 96-25) Section 2. The Central Permitting'Director is directed to revise the zoning atlas`of the City in accordance with the foregoing amendment. Section 33.
