6320-98 O DI A14CE NO. 6320- AN ORDI NCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, RELATING TO THE FUTURE LAND USE ELEMENT OF THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO 6268-98 T CORRECT THE FUTURE LTD USE DESIGNATION SET 'FORTH THEREIR PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the amendment to the future land use plan element of the comprehensive plan of the City as set forth in Ordinance No, 6 268-98 is found, upon review by the Pinellas Planning Council, to have incorrectly identified the City's future land use category of the rew property referred to in said Ordinance; now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF C L.EARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 11 —dinance No 6268-98 is hereby amended to read as follows: The future land use plan element of the comprehensive plan of the City'of Clearwater is amended by designating the land use category for the hereinafter described property as follows: Pro ertA Land Use Category The'west 90 feet of the East,`1.20 feet of the forth From: Residential !Medium 105 feet of the Northeast of the Southeast '✓4 of To: ResidentiallOffice General' the Northeast%of Section 15 Township 29 South, Range 15 East. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption, subject to the approval of the land use designation by the Pinellas County Board of County Commissioners,, and subject to a determiraa'tion by the State of Florida, as appropriate, of compliance with the applicable requirements of the Local Government Comprehensive Planning and Li Development Regulation Act, pursuant to § 163.3189, Florida Statutes.
