ORDINANCE NO. 631 -9 u AN ORDII LANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA AMENDING THE ,ZONING ATLAS OF THE CIT°� BY ZONING, CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE WEST CORDER OF CAROL DRIVE AND STEVENSON DRIVE, CONSISTING OF LOT 8, BLOCK S, STEVENSON'S HEIGHT SUBDIVISION, WHOSE POST OFFICE ADDRESS IS 1525 STEVENSON DRIVE, C:LEARWATER, FLORIDA 33755 UPON ANNEXATION INTO THE CITY OF 'LEARWATER, AS SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL "EIGHT" (RS-8): PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.' WHEREAS, the assignment of,a zoning district classification as set forth in this ordirOnce is found to be reasonable, proper and appropriate, and is consistent with the City's comprehensive plan: nor, therefore; BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION,OF THE CITY OF CLEARWiA,'TER, FLORIDA: Section 1.
