On filing the plat for Unit 2 of Woodgate Sub-Division, we will dedicate the extension of the present 120 foot wideright of way southwardto our south propeify-'n.ne-afong--tne present-rotite otCounty Road'94 frc>mthe entrance-to Woodgate Sub-Division. We will reserve a 500 foot radius on the southwest corner of the intersection of Countryside Boulevard and Street BB in the construction plans now on file with the Engineering Department. In addition, we will reserve a similar 500 foot radius on the northeast corner of the intersection of Street BB and Greenbriar Boulevard at the point where both Street BB and Greenbriar Boule- vard join to fom what would become an extension of County Road 70 on the alignment of Belcher Road. We will reserve a 50 foot half right of way for the extension of County Road 70 from the intersection of Street BB and Greenbriar Boulevard and extending northward along our westerly property line to the point where another owner controls the land at the corner of 580 and an extension of County Road 70. I I RESOLUTION No. 72-141 WHEREA~, it has been requested by Imperial Homes Corporation, the owner of certain real property in Sections 30 and 31, Township 28 South, Range 16 East, in the City of Clearwater, Florida, that the City of Clearwater, Florida, vacate a certain portion of County Road No. 94; and WHEREAS, after proper public notice and public hearing thereon, the City Commission finds that said portion of right of way is not necessary nor required and it is deemed to be t.o the best interest and advantage of the City and the general public that the same be vacated; '~'" .
