Appilication and submission requirements 3 (1) An application for a conditional use shall:be prepared on a form to be provided by the development code administrator and shall he signed by the owner or tenant of the property. Any applic ation signed by a tenant shall be supplemented` by ,a written statement of consent from the property owner.
