FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of One Dollar ($1. 00) cash
in hand paid to it, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and the
benefits to be derived therefrom,

does hereby grant and convey to' the CITY OF CLEAR WATER, FLORIDA,
an easement over, under and across the foll~wing described land, lying and.
being situate in the County of Pinellas, State of Florida, to wit:
A 10-foot Easement lying 5 feet each side of the following described
line:
Start at the Southwest corner of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 30,
Township 28 South, Range 16 East, and run East along South
line of said Northeast 1/4, 100.0 feet; thence run North 50.0
feet to the Southwest corner of Lot 9, Belle Haven Sub., as
recorded in Plat Book 25, Page 52, 'of Public Records of
Pinellas County, Florida; thence continue North along the
West line of said Lot 9 a distance of 79. 0 feet, for the Point
of Beginning; thence run East 126.2 feet; thence North 25.0
feet; thence East 20.6 feet; thence North 101. 0 feet to the
Point of Ending.
