WHEREAS, the owner of the real property described herein and depicted on
the €yap attached hereto as Exhibit A has petitioned the City of Clearwater, to j
annex the property into the City pursuant to Section 31:71.044, Florida Statutes,
and the City has complied with all applicable requirements of Florida law in
connection with this ordinance: now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CL:EARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section y. The following-described property is hereby annexed into the
City of Clearwater and the boundary lines of the City are redefined accordingly:
Commerce at the SE corner of the NE 1/4 of Section C, Township 29
South, Range 16 East, Pinellas Co wit, Florida: thence run
N89041'19"W. along the East-'West centerline of said Section S.
150.00 feet to the P.O.B. : thence continue N89°41'19"W, 177.00 feet:
thence N00002°35"E, 250.53 feet to the South Right-of-Way line of
Sunset Point Road: thence S89 036"37" E along said South Right-of-Way
line, 177.00 feet:thence SOO'02'35..W. , 250.29 feet to the P.O.B.
Section-Z. The provisions of this ordinance are found and determined) to
be consistent with the City of Clearwater Comprehensive Plan. The City
Cta;ilissi0sn hereby accepts the dedication of all easements, parks, rights-of-way
and other deli cat-'rons to the public which have heretofore been made by plat, deed
or user within the annexed property. The City Engineer, the City Clerk and the
Central Permitting Director are directed to include and show the property
described herein upon the official ,saps and records of the City,
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
The City Clerk shall file certified copies of this ordinance, including the snap
attached hereto, with the Clergy of the Circuit Court and atith the County
Administrator of Pinellas County, Florida, within 7 days after adoption, and
shall file a certified copy with the Florida Department of State within 30 days
after adoption,
