of said Subdivision, 710.00 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence S. 890 55' 13" E.,
27.60 feet; thence S. 000 04' 47" W., 174.50 feet; thence S. 030 16' 24" E., 297.50
feet; thence S. 08028' 41" E., 84.00 feet; thence S. 36025' 30" E., 23.53 feet;
thence S. 000 04' 4]1' W., 200.54 feet to a point on a curve on the Easterly Right-
of-Way line of Enterprise Road (a 60 foot Right~of-Way); thence along the arc of a
curve to the right, Radius 270.00 feet, Arc 173.99 feet, Chord N. 270 10'46" W.,
170.99 feet to the South line of aforementioned Dunedin Industrial Park; thence
