+2ction I . Section. 35 . 3.1, Coda of ordinances, is amended to
read.
Sea. 35.11. Definitions.
The following words, terms, and phrases, when used in this
development code, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this
section, except where the context clearly i1ndicates a 'different
meaning:
Congregate care means a residential use Iv,
designed to be occupied by 21 or more persons, comprised of
individual dwelling units, with or without complete kitchen
facilities, and such common dining and other normal living
facilities as a- be integral to the personal and. therapeutic dare
of residents . Such congregate care facilities shall include
facilities for adult congregate living as defined by F.S. H f
400.401 through 400 .454 and like residential retirement and life
care
