5813-95 V� AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE ZONING 4i LAS OF THE CITY BY ZONING CERTAIN REAL PROPERLY LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF LAUREL DRIVE, SOUTH OF NURSERY ROAD AND WEST OF KEENNE ROAD, CONSISTING OF LOT 3, X05 HILL, WHOSE POST OFFICE ADDRESS IS 1513 LAUREL DIVE, UPON ANNEXATION INTO THE CITY OF CLEARWATER. AS SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL 8 (RS-8) ; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the assignment of a zoning district classification as set forth in this ordinance is found to be reasonable, proper and appropriate, and is consistent with the City's comprehensive plan: now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF C LEARNATER. FLORIDA: Section 1.
