FLORIDA, AMENDING THE FUTURE LAND USE PLAN ELEMENT OF THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN OF THE CITY TO DESIGNATE THE LAND USE FOR CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF LAO DRIVE, SOUTH OF NURSERY ROAD AtiD WEST OF kEE�;E �`L ROAD, CONSISTING OF LOT 3, NOB HILL, WHOSE POST OFFICE ADDRESS IS 153 LAUREL DRIVE, AS RESIDENTIAL LOW: PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the assignment of °a zoning district classification as set forth in this 'ordinance is found to be reasonable proper and appropriate, and is consistent with the City's comprehensive plan; now, therefore BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARUATIER, FLORIDA: action 1. The future land use plan element of the comprehensive plan of the City of Clearwater is amended by designating the land use category for the hereinafter described property as follows. Land Use Category Lot 3, Nob hill , according to the reap Residential Lour or plat recorded in Plat Book 55, Page 40, of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida, CLDP95-04 Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon -adoption, contingent upon and subject to the adoption of Ordinance No. 5811-95.
