ANNEXING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE
OF LAUREL DRIVE. SOUTH OF NURSER`' ROAD AND WEST OF' KEENE
CONSISTING OF LOT 3. NOD HILL, WHOSE POST OFFICE
AIDDRESS IS 1513 LAUREL_ DRIVE, INTO THE CORPORATE LIMITS

WHEREAS, the oviner of the real property described herein and depicted-on
the map attached hereto as Exhibit A has petitioned the City of C1earw ter to
annex the pr�a°p=�{'ty into the City pursuant to Section 171.044. Florida Statutes,
and the City has complied with all applicable requirements of Florida law in
connection with this ordinance: now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CI rY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:

Section 2. The provisions of this ordinance are found and determined to
be con=sistent with the City of Clearwater Comprehensive Plan. The City
Commission hereby accepts the dedication of all easements, parks, rights of way
i o $fib and other dedications to the public which have heretofore been made by plat, deed
or :user within the annexed property. The City Engineer, thre City Clerk and the
o Central Permitting Director are directed to include and show the property
ms described herein upon the official maps and records of the City.
