AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA.
ANNEXING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE
OF CALUMET AVENUE EAST OF HERCULES AVENUE. CONSISTING, OF
PART OF LOT 9, CLEARWATER INDUSTRIAL PARK, WHOSE POST
OFFICE ADDRESS IS 2020 CALUMET AVENUE, INTO THE
CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY, AND REDEFINING THE
BOUNDARY LINES OF THE CITY TO INCLUDE SAID ADDITION;
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE..
WHEREAS, the owner of the real property described herein and depicted on
the map attached hereto as Exhibit A has petitioned the City-of Clearwalter to
annex the property into the City pursuant to Section 171A44, Florida Statutes,
0t a and the City has complied with all applicable requirements of Florida law in
connection on with this ordinance; now, therefore,
FEE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following-described property is hereby annexed into the
City of Clearwater and the boundary lines of the City are redefined accordingly: F

465.88 ft. of Lot 9, Clearwater Industrial Park, as recorded in Plat

Book 44, Page 46, of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida,;

Sectionj . The provisions of this ordinance are found and determined to
be consistent with the City of Clearwater Comprehensive Plan. The City
Commission hereby accepts the dedication of all easements, parks, rights of way
and ether dedications to the public which have heretofore been made by p 4 at, deed
or user within the annexed property. The City Engineer, the City Clerk and the
Central Permitting Director are directed to include and show the property

F The City Clerk shall file certified copies of this ordinance, including the map
attached hereto, with the Clerk of the Circuit Court and with the County
