FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of One Dollar ($1. 00) cash in hand paid to
it, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and the benefits to be derived therefrom,
u. S. HOME OF FLORIDA, me., a Florida Corporation, does hereby grant and convey
to the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, an easement over, under and across the following des-
cribed land, lying and being situated in the County of Pinellas, State of Florida, to wit:
An easement of varying width over a tract of land, for road right-of-way,
located in Sections 30 and 31, Township 28 South, Range 16 East, Pinellas County,
Florida, and being nore particularly described as follows:
Being the east 5.00 feet of the west 55.00 feet of the SW 1/4 of said
Section 30. LESS the north 396.00 feet. thereof. I '
and
COMMENCE at the NW corner of said Section 31; thence run S 89019' 19" E for
50.01 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continue S 89019119" E for 5.00
feet; thence S 0017' 53" E for 232.00 feet to a point of curvature of a curve
to the left; thence along the arc of said curve having a radius of 500.00 feet
and a central angle of 63056'35" for 558.01 feet to a point of cusp; thence
N 64014' 28" W for 36. 77 feet to a point of curvature of a curve to the right;
thence along the arc of said curve having a radius of 450.00 feet and a central
angle of 63 56'35" for 502.21 feet to a point of tangency; thence N 0017' 53" W
for 260.85 feet to the POm!' OF BEGINNING.
This easement being for right-of-way purposes.
THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, shall have the right to enter lapOn the
above-described premises and to construct, install, and maintain thereon any right-
of-way and to inspect and alter such right-of-way from time to time.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party hereto has caused these presents to be duly
executed by its proper officers thereunto authorized and its seal to be hereunto
affixed this 16th day of May, 1977.

Before me, the undersigned authority, this day personally appeared Kenneth L. King
and V. S. Casagrande to me well known and known to me to be the individuals described
in and who executed the foregoing instrument as its Vice President and its Assistant
Secretary respectively, of the Corporation naIred in the foregoing instrument, and they
severally acknowledged to and before me that they executed said instrument on behalf of
and in the narre of said corporation as such officers; that the seal affixed to said
instrument is the corporate seal of said corporation and that it was affixed thereto by
due and regular corporate authority; that they are duly authorized by said corporation
to execute said instrument and that said instrument is the free act and deed of said
corporation.
