PAR TIAL RELEASE OF GAS LINE EASEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that the CITY OF
CLEARW A TER, FLORIDA, a municipal corporation, for and in consideration
of the swn of One Dollar and other good and valuable considerations, the
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged by the City of Clearwater, Florida,
does hereby remise, convey, release and quitclaim unto HERDA'S STEAK
HOUSE, INC., a Florida corporation, of the County of Pinellas and State
of Florida, and to its successors or assigns, all the right, title, interest,
claim or use whatsoever such City may have acquired to the area described
below in, through or by a certain easement dated October 14, 1974, entered
into by and between HERDA'S STEAK HOUSE, INC, and the CITY OF
CLEARWA TER, FLORIDA, for gas line installation and maintenance, which
easement was recorded in O. R. 4227, Page 1439 of the Public Records of
Pinellas County, Florida, the legal description of that portion of such
easement area released is as follows:
That portion ofa 10-foot easement lying 5-feet each side
of the following described line: Start at the SW corner of
the NE 1/4 of Section 30, Township 28 South, Range 16 East,
and run East along South line of said NE 1/4, 100.00 feet;
thence run North 50.00 feet to the SW corner of Lot 9, Belle
Haven Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 25, page 52
of the Public' Records of Pinellas County, Florida; thence
continue North along the West line of said Lot 9, a distance
of 79.00 feet for the P. o. B. ; thence run East 121. 2 feet
to a Point of Ending.
