EASEMENT
FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of One Dollar ($1. 00)
cash in hand paid to it, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
and the benefits to be derived therefrom,
U. S. HOME CORPORATION, a Delaware Corporation,
do es hereby grant and convey to the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
an easement over, under and across the following described land, lying
and being situate in the County of Pinellas, State of Florida, to wit:
A 15 foot easement lying in the SW 1/4 of Section 30, Township , "

E, for 189.95 feet, to a point of curvat\;Lre; thence easterly
along the arc of a curve concave to the North having a

E, for 43.20 feet, to a point of curvature; thence easterly

enter upon the above described premises and to construct, install and
maintain thereon any utility and drainage lines and to inspect and alter
such utility and drainage lines from time to time.
