FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the stun of One Dollar ($1. 00)
cash in hand paid to it, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
and the benefits to be derived therefrom,
U. S. HOME CORPORATION, a Delaware Corporation,
do es hereby grant and convey to the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
an easement over, under and across the following described land, lying
and being situate in the County of Pinellas, State of Florida, to wit:
A 15 foot easement lying in the SW 1/4 of Section 30, Township
28 South, Range 16 East, in Clearwater, Pinellas County,
Florida, and being more particularly described as follows:
Commence at the Southwest Corner of Section 30, Township 28
South, Range 16 East, thence S 89-19t19"E. for 50.01 feet,
to the easterly right-of_way line of Belcher Road; thence N
00-19'55" W along said right-of-way line, for 1158. 16 feet,
to the POINT OF BEGINNING, said point being the Southwest
Corner of Lot 71 of the Plat of VILLAGE ON THE GREEN, as
recorded in Plat Book 78, pages 74 through 78, of the Public
Records of Pinellas County, Florida' (along the centerline of a
15 foot easement for the next 3 courses) thence N 89-40'05" E,
for 250.00 feet, to the Southeast Corner of Lot 68 of said Plat
of VILLAGE ON THE GREEN; thence N 62- 11'29" E, for 31.56 feet,
to the westerly boundary of the proposed Plat of :VILLAGE ON THE
GREEN CONDOMINIUM II; thence N 89-40'05" E, for 200.00 feet,
to the POINT OF TERMINATION, said line being 7.5 feet South
of and parallel to the North line of said proposed Pla!i.15219419 70 0')0 I.

This easement being for utilities and drainage installation and
maintenance.
The CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, shall have the right to
enteruponthe above described premises and to construct, install and
maint<3:in thereon any utility and drainage lines and to inspect and alter
such utility and drainage lines from time to time.
