DOLLARS and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and
sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, U. S. HOME CORPORATION, a

INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE.
The easement hereby granted is for the purpose of installation,
maintenance, operation, repair and replacement of drainage and
utilties facilities over, under and across the described land.
The City of Clearwater, Florida, shall have the right to enter
upon the above described premises and to construct, install and main-
tain thereon at its cost any utility and drainage lines and to inspect
and alter said utility and drainage lines from time to time~ provided,
however, that any utilities facilities may only be underground
installations.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned corporation has caused this
instrument to be executed in its name by its duly authorized officer
as of the 22nd day of June , 1981.

An easement over a tract of land lying in Section 30, Township 28 South, Range
16 East, Clearwater Pinellas County, Florida, and being more particularly
described as follows:
Commence at the Southeast corner of sai d Section 30; thence S 89047' 07" W,
along the South line of said Section 30, for 894.08 feet to the POINT OF
BEGINNING; thence continue S 89047'07" W, along the South line of said Section
30, for 408.10 feet to the easterly line of U.S. 19 (S.R.55), a 200 foot
right-of-way; thence N 42053'54" W, along said right-of-way line, for 13.60
feet; thence N 89047'07" E, for 408.10 feet; thence S 42054154" E, for 13.60
