This courtesy letter is to serve as notification that you or your organization owns property which is included in this program. The Environmental Management Group will be conducting site inspections to determine compliance with the city's Uniform. Development Regulations, Sections 42.27 & 42.33, Site Plans, Sec.43.24, Beautification Plot Plan, Sec. 131.221 and Land Development Code, Sec. 136.023. If the initial inspection finds the site incompliance, no further action will. be taken. However, if the site is found to be in noncompliance, you will be given an opportunity to bring the site into compliance.
