The CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, shall have the right
to enter upon the above described premises and to construct, install
and maintain thereon any right-of-way and to inspect and alter such

EMERGENCY WALK IN CLINIC
ROADWAY EASEMENT
A tract of land lying in Section 30, Township 28 South,
Range 16 East, Clearwater, Pinellas County, Florida and being
more particularly described as follows.
Commence at the center of said Section 30; thence S. 00012115" E.,
50.00 feet along the centerline of U.S. Highway 19; thence
N. 89055113" W., 100.00 feet to the intersection of the South
right-of-way line of S.R. 580 and the West right-of-way line
of u.S. Highway 19; thence along said right-of-way S. 00012115" E.,
150.49 feet to a point of curvature of a curve concave to the
Northeast; thence continue along said right-of-way Southeasterly
along the arc of said curve having a radius of 2964.93 feet,
central angle of 18057115", a distance of 980.84 feet, to the
Point of Beginning; thence continue along said right-ai-way
