The site is in non - compliance with the stormwater and /or landscape ordinance's in effect at the time of site development or modification. OWNER REP.: INSPECTION DATE: 02/28/1996 CODES VIOLATED:LANDSCAPE: None at this time. STORMWATER: Sec.36.007(1)(c) REQUIREMENTS:LANDSCAPE: The required shrubs.in the north and west landscape buffers have suffered severe freeze damage. These shrubs should be cut back to live tissue to allow for new growth. If no new growth occurs, these shrubs will have to be replaced. A reinspection will be made one month from the date of this letter to determine the health of these shrubs. STORMWATER: According to the approved site plans the difference in elevation between the retention pond bottom and weir elevation should be 0.891, a.visual inspection reveals that this is not true. It appears that the pond bottom is even with the weir elevation which does not allow for the treatment of the first 1/2 inch of stormwater runoff..We suggest that you contact your engineer to determine the cause of this problem then take the appropriate steps to correct it. Also, remove the sediment build -up from the drainage flume and inlet pipes . COMPLIANCE DATE: 04/24/1996 RECOMMENDATIONS:Request an on site meeting for a detailed explanation of the requirements.. To insure compliance, a reinspection of the site will be conducted after the above compliance date.
