EASEMENT
This indenture is made this ~ day of July, 1984,
by and between W. THOMAS LARKIN, AS BISHOP OF THE DIOCESE OF ST.
PETERSBURG, a corporation sole (hereafter referred to as "Grantor"),
and CITY OF CLEARWATER
(hereafter referred to as "Grantee").
WHEREAS, the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum
of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) and other good and valuable considerations to
it in hand paid by Grantee, the receipt of which is hereby acknow-
ledged, does hereby grant and release to Grantee a perpetual easement
over and across the following described property; lying in the City
of Clearwater, State of Florida, to-wit:
A PORTION OF SECTION 30, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 16
EAST, PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, BEING MORE PARTICULARLY
DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
COMMENCE AT THE WEST 1/4 CORNER OF SAID SECTION 30;
THENCE SOoo19'55"E, ALONG THE WEST LINE OF THE SOUTH-
WEST 1/4 OF SAID SECTION 30; 444.65 FEET; THENCE
S89055'13"E, 988.88 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING;
THENCE N00004'47"E, 10.00 FEET; THENCE S89055'13"E,
281. 00 FEET; THENCE SOOo04' 47"W, 10.00 FEET; THENCE

Grantor hereby grants said Easement for the purpose of
