*on the easement area, to provide for vehicular and pedestrian ingress and
egress on, over and across the easement area and to grant rights in the
ea~ement area for additional and other utilities (so long as such other
utilities installation is coordinated with Grantee's facilities to avoid
u~~easonable interference) and to install fencing and shrubbery on the
easement area. Grantee's facilities shall be installed to the maximum
extent reasonably feasible in the existing public right-of-way on the
western boundary of the easement area.
Grantee agrees to restore the land surface to substantially its pre-
existing condition after installation of Grantee's facilities and lines.
