MYRTLE AVENUE, SUITE n CLEARWATER, FLORIDA 34616 PHONE4813) 446 -4916 of applications, plans above project together Both adjacent properties are developed with their own self contained drainage systems. No off -site drainage enters the site. A storm drain from Drew Street, a County Road, by- passes the east side of our site and outlets into a ditch on the south side of our property as shown. This ditch runs south through City property into a lake controlled by the City of Clearwater. We will not disturb this ditch which will probably require an easement for the City. The water table was encountered 4 ft. below the existing ground on 4/15/89. In my opinion the S.H.W.L. will be approximately 2.5' below existing grade, or elevation 71.0. I have set the pond bottom at elevation 71.5. The under - drain will have an impervious membrane. I request approval of a Noticed General Permit for this project. Sincerely, L . Stanley WoM, .
