Moore Park West Revised Construction Plans May 18, 1998 Job No. 60 -957 We have reviewed the construction plan comments as submitted by Bob Fernandez and David Sickler with the City of Clearwater Construction Services Department on April 28, 1998. As a result of our review and a meeting with the City of Clearwater, the following changes have been made to the above referenced construction plans. Cover Sheet: No change Master Site Plan: No Change Horizontal Control Plan: No change Proposed Drainage Area Map: No change Paving, Grading and Drainage Plan: 1. Revised Pond `B" top of bank to show that it continues along the northeast side of softball field no. 1. The pond will be dry and will not hold water. 2. Revised Pond "C" top of bank to show that it continues along the east side of softball field no. 3. The pond will be dry and will not hold water. 3. Pipe labels have been moved for clarification. 4. The Pond "A" outfall pipe has been revised to show it as 15" R.C.P. 5. The Swale located along the west side of softball field no. 2 has been revised to show that the center of the swale runs parallel and 10' away from fence. 6. The existing curb inlet located at the western proposed driveway entrance has been revised to accommodate the new driveway. A new inlet has been added on the west side of the driveway. 7. The existing curb inlet located at the eastern proposed driveway will remain. A detail has been added to show how this entrance has been revised for this inlet to remain. The Pond'`B" control structure detail has been revised to show that the outfall pipe is 12" x 19" E.R.C.P. 2. The pond bottom has been labeled on the Pond "C" and Pond "D" control structure details. Miscellaneous Details: 1. The trench backfill detail has been revised to show City of Clearwater compaction requirements. Bike Path Extension: 1. The typical crowned bike path section has been eliminated. The revised bike path section shows the slope to be continuous to maintain overland flow patterns. Bike Path Plan: 1.
