STORMWATER: Install a bleed down orifice in the outfall control structure by drilling a one inch hole underneath the weir. The hole should be level with the bottom of the outfall'control structure floor. This hole was required to be installed per approved plans. Also, replace the deteriorated steel plate and remove the sediment buildup in the catch basin which outfalls into the pond. COMPLIANCE DATE: 10/02/1995 RECOMMENDATIONS:Request an on site meeting for a detailed explanation of the requirements. Also remove any and all Brazillina Pepper trees growing on'site. To insure compliance, a reinspection of the site will be conducted after the above compliance date.
