Quercus Virginiana Quercus Lauirfolia Ilex Opaca - 'East Palatka' Ulmus Parirfolia "Drake Elm' Callistemon Viminalis Lagustroemia Indica Magnolia Grandiflora Ligustrum Japonicum Ilex Vomitoria Pinus Elliotii Shrubs: Ligustrum J Viburnum -o Viburnum - S Pittosporum F Burfordii Dwarf Holly Ilex Vomitoria Nandian Domestica Ground Covers Parsonii Junipus Tracheospermum Jasminordes Leriope Muscari Evergreen Giant Day Lilies Agapanthus 2325 ulmerton rd., cleanvater, fl. 33520 • (813) 576 -9183 • (tpa) 228 -9567 ti Assorted Specimens: Podocarpus Touilosa Junipus Chamerop Humilus As per our conversation, the existing clusters of pines will be treated as natural areas. Sod will stop at the dripline of the clusters. Underbrush will be cleaned out and mulched with pine straw to keep a natural look. We will, of course, work with your department in the tree replacement process since this is strictly a field condition. Thank you for your time in this matter. However, we.feel this is a very liberal figure in taking into consideration the impact of construction grade changes, footings, swales and utilities. Realistically, this figure should be closer to 400 of the 470 tree that will be re- moved. This is way in excess of the 50% tree replacement as delineated in the Tree Protection, Ordinance. Even though 165 tree replants may be installed on the interior this will not make up for the intense use of the property and its associated _impact on this native Florida scrub ecosystem. For this reason we are still recommending the elimination of some units to achieve more open space and tree preservation. We are still desiring this project to receive final review by the City Commission. fie' i lV,4 L A CIA r JT + t ze ;i Inploymcnt and Aff;rmctive F.ctic r Employer" I 5 C p CJU J y .. - E 11A thwy tyt < PG 35P 0 N r a , : 3 sr , . , f i A A B A B E B A i A I B I C cc P-7 7 20 j - t V >``'t`Z i ` 22TJ 23 24 ,1 i 25 26 27 2$ 29 30 ' 31 32 33 34 I ; 35 i' p 40 cc f j e Sn 1 J • 17 r` 3. e D -- t LL UJ cc LU 01 j\ A. 1A,0 ,0 3 ► 6 hV y ,"rt LANDSCAPE T • A 'Ii T REQUIRED t .- i v r vN >F,4It 'ERI i ANDS l< Y • f –' —T t___ -_ _ iiu SV7 corer g ith litina materials, f B 15 4a,+:,•,_ _ -- 5 7 -$ 5 60 6 1 , 62 63 64 65 66, r i }} POOL .' r ..
