EASEMENT
FOR AND IN CONSIDERA TION of the sum of One Dollar ($1. 00) in
hand paid to it, the receipt of which is he reby acknowledged, and the benefits
to be derived therefrom, the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, a municipal
corporation, does hereby grant and convey to U. S. HOME OF FLORIDA, INC.,
a Florida corporation, an easement over, under and across the following
described land, lying and being situate in the County of Pinellas, State of
Florida, to wit:
A drainage easement located in Section 28, Township 28 S~uth,
Range 16 East, Pinellas County, Florida, and more particularly
described as follows:
Commence at the NW corner of said Section 28, Township 28 South,
Range 16 East; thence proceed S 0010'43" W, along the West line
of said Section 28, Township 28 South, Range 16 East, 1000.38
feet to the Point of Beginning; thence N 89050' 0 1" E, 769. 08
feet; thence N 75049'12" E, 83,63 feet; thence N 89055'19" E,
445. 07 feet to the West right-of-way line of State Road 593
(McMullen-Booth Road); thence S 0018'10" W, along said West
right-of-way line of State Road 593, 30.00 feet; thence S 89055' 19"
W, 441. 16 feet; thence S 75049'12" W, 83,61 feet; thence S 89050'
01" W, 772.96 feet to said West line of Section 28; thence N 0010'43"
E, along the West line of said Section 28," 30.00 feet to the Point
of Beginning.
This easement being for drainage installation and maintenance
and subject to a certain License Agreement between the parties
hereto wherein Grantee agrees to relocate the ditch and/or pay
for piping same if requested by Grantor prior to December 31,
1980.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party of the first part has caused these
presents to be executed in its name by its City Manager, City Clerk, counter-
signed by its Mayor-Commissioner, and approved as to form and correctness
