This Easement being for water line maintenance up to and
including fire hydrants and water meters, meter reading, and
refuse collection.
The City of Clearwater, Florida, shall have the right to
enter upon the described premises to maintain thereon any water
lines and to inspect and alter such water lines from time to
time, and to collect refuse.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the party hereto has set its hand and

County, Florida, as a point of reference; Thence North 00013'05" East,
along the East boundary said subdivision, 227.62 feet for a Point of
Beginning; Thence continue North 00013'05" East, along said East line,
650.00 feet; Thence leaving said line South 89038119" East, 145.00 feet
to a point on the center line of Bishop Creek South Branch, said point
hereinafter being referred to as Point "A"; Thence returning to the
aforesaid Point of Beginning; Thence South 89046155" East, 200.00 feet
